I am an existing Fibre Broadband customer with 1Gbps/2Gbps Fibre Broadband. Can I recontract or upgrade to HyperSpeed 10gbs?

To upgrade from your current 1Gbps or 2Gbps Fibre Broadband plan to our HyperSpeed 10Gbps, follow these steps:

1. Check Recontract Eligibility: Log into your MyRepublic Broadband MyAccount.

2. Initiate Upgrade: Select the 'speed boost to 10Gbps' option to start the upgrade process.

Login to MyAccount

Installation and Transition:

• Once HyperSpeed 10Gbps is installed, your existing plan will automatically terminate to ensure a smooth transition.

• If you are using a device provided by us, you may need to return it. We will give you detailed instructions on how to do this.

• During the installation appointment, our team will collect the Optical Network Terminal (ONT) and any accessories provided.

• You will need to settle any outstanding bill from the start of your billing date up until your recontract date.
