1. Choose how you want to activate your SIM (make sure you're in Singapore!):
Option 1: Activation via MyInfo
Head to MyRepublic MyAccount
Log in with your MyRepublic account details
(b) Option 2: Activation via MyRepublic Mobile App
Log in with your MyRepublic account
Enter your NRIC (double-check it matches your official ID)
2) Follow the steps shown on the page or app
If you're a new user, you'll be guided to activate your SIM.
If you're an existing user, just tap âActivate SIM card.â
Thatâs it! Your SIM will be up and running within 2 hours.
đĄ Note: If you're bringing over your old number, you'll get a temporary one for now. Weâll text you once the transfer is done.
First, make sure you're in Singapore, as activation only works here. Also, check that youâre connected to the internet and that you've entered everything correctly. If itâs still not working, donât worryâreach out, and weâll help you figure it out!
