When submitting the porting request:
Registered owner details: Use the same details you have with your current telco.
Registered owner's name
NRIC/ID
Mobile number (postpaid only, prepaid numbers can't be transferred)
Original telco
After applying for number porting:
Keep your number active: Suspended or inactive numbers can't be ported.
Settle outstanding payments: Clear any unpaid bills with your current provider.
