When signing up for our new mobile service, you can choose a number from a curated list or retain your current number using our number porting service.
Before initiating number porting, ensure the following:
Your number is a post-paid mobile number; pre-paid numbers cannot be ported.
Your number is registered under your NRIC/ID with your current telco. If it is not, a signed authorization form and a photo ID of the registered owner are required for submission.
Your number is not terminated or suspended with your current telco.
There are no outstanding balances with your current telco.
Use the following form to submit a new mobile port‑in request for existing MyRepublic Mobile customers, or to re‑apply after a previous MNP rejection 
Use the following form to apply for a new mobile port-in with a new line. Authorization is required when the registered mobile owner differs from the MyRepublic subscriber (for example, the MyRepublic account is under Customer A while the mobile number is registered to Customer B at another telco).
